Just dropping in to also confirm that doing something that would count towards a given Trophy will trigger them to be granted for previous work. As far as completing the main storyline, finishing any quest seems to trigger this one.

Also, the Trophy List for PS3 and PS4 is shared so you won't get a double list like some other games have done.
