    Beast tribe dailies unlock between Stone Vigil and Garuda. Ishkira said she's up to Garuda, so all she needs to do is check in with the appropriate NPCs at the Grand Company HQs and pick up the sidequests to unlock them. They are level locked between 41 and 44, by Stone Vigil it's pretty easy to already be around 44 - 45.

    Everything else, though, I agree with!

    Edit: I just wanted to say that Carpentry is hard. obscenely, and it doesn't get easier till the mid-twenties. So don't be discouraged.

    I noticed it eats up a lot of mats & doesn't seem too profitable.. Well, personal housing will soon be in game so maybe more people will be interested in furniture, walls, etc.
