See that there's a healer bonus - que as a healer, but now we need dps and tanks and I'm flipping my thumbs for 10 minutes.
Withdraw, que as a DPS, instant pop even though the bonus said healer!

That's silly. I feel you guys should be more about reducing queue-times than granting us periodic DPS bonuses we have to wait an hour for then may not even get.

Your goal is to reduce server load? Are you serious right now? Your servers still need better upgrading then.

Leveling dungeons, especially unwanted or high level ones, ( Aurum Vale being the worst ), lvl 50 dungeons have very fast queues.

Aurum Vale...yeah, an hour sounds about right for it. I have only ever queued for it when I had to and it was about that long of a wait for me.

Ultima Hard mode for me on Bard was over an hour more than once. But that one's not in a roulette (yet) so I let that one slide.

It seems like Ranged and Melee DPS have different wait times. Check avg wait time on a melee (DRG/MNK) and then switch to ranged (BLM/SMN/BRD) for same roulette. More often than not, they are not the same, and sometimes by a wide margin.

They'll even be different for people in your party. My brother is a tank and I'm Bard for things like Ultima or Coil or Extreme fights. We'll team up and queue for something and it'll say less than 5 minutes for him and usually 10 minutes or more for me. It's even said more than 30 a couple times for me and not for him. And it's never less than 5 and never more than 30, so we just assume it'll split the difference and it usually does.
