    This is for your configuration files, like UI layout, crossbar setting, gearsets, macros. Everything that is not saved server side.
    Your character datas are saved server side. Did you upgrade the right service account?

    Log in moogle-station with your account and look if your characters are listed there and if the account is registered for Playstation 4
