    In my FC (our comp isn't mix/maxed, we are PLD+PLD+WHM+SCH+BRD+BRD+BLM+MNK), we're giving at least one GCD to the OT. The add does moves to a healer, doesn't touch him and goes back to the tank.

    The 2 BRD put their 2 dots on Melusine and switch to the add.
    The BLM cast one more fire to Melusine, sometimes add a proc then switch to the add.
    The MNK finishes his combo and switch to the add.

    If one healer is targetted by the shriek, we kill the add just before the 2nd spawns. If a DPS is targetted, sometimes the add has 5% HP left when the 2nd spawns.

    We changed up positions and announce when the adds are about to spawn so the OT has much better grip on aggro now. Last night with a couple new people, we were able to get to right after killing Persecutor. Thanks for the tips.

    Another question: How do you phase change if there's no summoner or not doing 4 renaulds method? Is there a specific ability to look out for before changing phase at 80%, 60% and 35%? We tried the changing phase during Voice at 80% and 60% and after shriek at 35% but seems like there's something more that we haven't account for. Does it matter if we push it during the voice without Renauld or with Renauld?
