So in other words, I´ll have to complete Main Quests in Limsa Lominsa one by one until I have unlocked "Beauty Is Only Scalp Deep"?

Yes you have to, whether or not it's to unlock the Aesthetician feature. You will need to advance in that quest so you can gain access to the airship that takes you to other city-states and also instance dungeons.
