Need help with a Quest! "Beauty Is Only Scalp Deep"

What is your last completed Main Scenarion Quest in your Journal? There will be no new lvl1 - lvl15 main quests in another city - you'll simply continue in the chain which has started in Ul'dah for you.

Yes, I have done the Ul´dah Envoy. That´s how I could travel from Ul´dah to Limsa Lominsa.
So finishing Main scenario quests in Ul´dah will not make the Main scenario quests in Limsa Lominsa become available? In that case, does that mean I just have to do the lvl 1 quests in Limsa Lominsa until the more high-leveled quests appear? Or is it enough to do only the Main scenario quests? (in that case, do I just complete them one by one as I did in Ul´dah?)

Edit: Btw does anyone know if there is a way to auto lock you target when using a PS4 console? In fights with many targets, I have huge problems on focusing the right one since I automatically change target after every attack.

Main scenario quests are completed in order, so the previous one will lead you to the next one and so on. You don't exactly 'finish main scenario quests in a given city-state' because later on you may have to go back to that city-state in order to follow the main scenario history.

As others have stated, you don't have to complete any sidequest in order to unlock 'Beauty Is Only Scalp Deep', just follow main scenario quests until you complete 'Call of the Sea', after which 'Beauty Is Only Scalp Deep' will become available.

I'm pretty sure there's an option for autolocking target, but can't tell the route since I'm a PC user. You should be able to locate the option on Character Configuration menu.
On the other hand, automatically changing target after every attack sounds weird u.u'

I´m not the one who changes target, the console/game/whatsoever is. And it´s frustrating because I have to find the specific enemie every time <.<

Are you pressing X when you select your target? because you can target other mobs to fire off a single skill and the game will automatically return you to your previous locked target. To change target (and not just temp target) you need to press X after targetting to lock to that target. It sounds like you aren't doing that.
