Reading what you are looking for regarding raid groups and times Tribe might just have what you need. We have been around since beta on Leviathan and are a large multi gaming community with chapters in WoW/GW2/ESO/Wildstar/LoL and of course FFXIV. Our community is focused on quality of person+player skill over quantity, that said we often have 45+ folks on during mid day and 80+ during prime raid times. We have an active forum usage, and have ways for new members to enter Tribes raiding scene from Day 1.
