Can't you already do that? Stand on a bed and /doze. Unless I don't understand your post.

The poses are race-and-gender specific so female Miqo'te don't actually have a sleeping pose for /doze, they do this sort of 50s-teenager-dreaming-about-Frank-Sinatra pose.
