Longest Time for Receiving Atma

Just want to add some more experience here, i did thoose atma grind with someone else, she just did between 1 to 3 fates and loot her atma.
I even saw her loot two atma in the same zone very quickly ^^and 2 hours is not lucky it's 1-3 fates wich is the real luck like she had. I saw this for her like 7 times, each time she did 1 to 3 fates only she loots it directely, for the rest, it took sometimes less than one hour to more than 6 hours of grind in lower la noscea for example.

I managed to get all of La Noscea's atma's pretty quick as for Thanalan... Atma of the Bull didn't take long, but since then... yeah...

My first four atma didn't take that long. When I started my fifth (Central Shroud), I thought it would go by fairly quickly. Nope. I think I've been hunting for that one for about three weeks now. The game threw me a bone, though, when I popped into Lower La Noscea, did one fate, and got that atma on the first try.

Then I went back to Central Shroud... and nothing. It's becoming frustrating and I lose a little part of my soul after ever fate that doesn't drop the atma...

My longest was 4 hours kind of. It turned out I had the Atma all along -__- After that Karma blessed me and no other atma took over 1 hour for me to get.

Well over 10 hours trying in Western Thalan, leading up to me giving up on the Atma quest. I'm 7/12 but I just don't have it in me to farm these anymore. after 3 weeks of trying, I'm calling it quits.

Got 7 Atmas in 2 days, in around 20 fates total. The eighth happened while I was doing beast tribes and I don't remember how I got it, but I wasn't even looking for it.

I've been rotating Central Shroud/North Shroud/Western Thanalan/Central Thanalan for the three weeks now. No sign of Atma yet...

Atma of the crab was my worse atma piece to get. I grinded fates almost solo cuz i played past 11pm to like 10am (11 hours ish).
My server time goes with pdt i think so that's why i don't see atma/ town areas populated &
No PF parties, no tells/ shouts.
Grinding at that time is somewhat great cuz you'll have no other ppl zerging down other fates across the map but my only gripe was that there was too many boss fates/ sahagin fates.
Takes like 6-10 mins to solo a boss fate as a whm

Took me about 36 hours over a few days to get atma of the crab. Then got atma of the lion in like 2 hours.

And the day after I wrote thsi the curse has been broken! I got my Atma of the Maiden today. 3 more to go!

About 4.5 hours, but then again I'm only 4/12 of the way there so far...

Kinda sad that almost all the threads here are about the ATMA; I'm hoping it's addressed in the next letter/blog/whatever (and not just changing the colors of the ATMAs).
