Glamour PVP under PVP Rank

So im Lv 13 PVP in a month i plan to be 20, but i am unsure if i can glamour the snake tongue spear to my atma, soon to be animus weapon, I mean it equal to 100 item level but I'm not rank 32, and if i was to be rank 32 by then i would still use my pve weapon in PVP.

My question is can i glamour a item that is in my class but i can't wear until my pvp rank is high enough?

You would not meet the requirements to wear it, thus you cannot glamour it.

You can Glamour it, however it wont show until you reach pvp rank 40
