That risk is not much a hassle for tanks or even healers as they can queue faster, but as DPS it can be really annoying if you wait a long time then end up with a quitting party.
I did this a couple times and then stopped. I'd prefer that it wasn't an option at all like other games so that parties have a good chance at finishing runs (not all parties who lose members are bad parties, sometimes ppl disconnect, have to leave for an emergency, etc) but as long as it remains a choice that very few people use, I won't use it either.
