Recruting for T6+ progression STATIC GROUP @ Odin Server

Looking to start a static raid group for T6+ onwards.

My main goal is to clear end game content with a nice group of people. I don't mind wiping over and over again as long as people learn from their mistakes and progress is made. That being said, I am looking for at least 2-3 days of raiding per week if content isn't cleared. As practice makes perfect!

Server located: Odin
Available positions: PLD, WAR, WHM, BRD, DRG, SMN, BLM
Available Days/Times: Anywhere between 1pm - 8pm GMT/BMT (8am - 4pm EST) weekdays only.

Requirements:

• Be available to raid at least 3 times a week.
• Team Speak is a must
• Be geared for T6
• Joining the FC is a plus.

Still doesn't mean they should do it. If people are looking to transfer, they will look at other server boards. Maybe I should spam every other server board with advertisements for my static?

Is there a rule that prevent anyone form doing that? It's their choice honestly. To be frank, somebody from Fairie was recruited by Collission and he got world second T9. I'm pretty sure he has no regret.

Maybe, but I still have my point. Its a Faerie server board, its clearly absolutely nothing to do with the Faerie server. Lets keep this forum for stuff that is actually do to with the server.

I wish they were more active too, but they aren't going to be active if the vast majority of the posts are people from other servers recruiting players.
