Cant subscribe

Hi i am having a major issue, I bought FFXIV ARR a few months ago and the time ran out on the free month, I tired having a reccuring subscription going for every 30 days, and it will not allow me to do that at all. How can i successfully subscribe to play my game again?

I've also been having this problem since 3 days ago. Are you getting an error when trying to setup up the recurring sub?
I also had a livechat session with a member in which they just asked me for details and as a result they just said "We will contact you via email within 24 hours".
It still hasn't happened, so at this point in time, I'm regarding all of their support services useless.

Yea it was some error but it seems like i cannot get their attnetion with support either and its rather annoying that i cant subscribe to a game i love soo much, one question is the live chat thing free? i dont want any hidden fees to try to get this all sorted out

Yes, I believe it's free, I just noticed it was up one day in the Lodestone Support and decided to try it. Also there is already a stickied thread up in this forum section regarding Error 401 and 601. But I've been having Error 406.

Having the same problem. Can't subscribe again. Used my various credit cards, bought Ultimate Game Cards to redeem Crysta and that failed as well. Got the most cryptic errors... It seems like SE enjoys making payment hard. I could buy stuff from Amazon, Steam, EA Origins... but not at SE's mog store.

I've previously bought Crysta via credit card and its no longer working.

Seems like I should just give up on this game.
