chances are you'll hq every time with this with just one tot to
use steady hand 2 near the end to cover byregots blesing, and with 2 tot its virtually guaranteed.
of course that's assuming all the hasty's land, which they won't, but since you should get some goods on them it should even out.
some things that can be done to make it more flexible are, switching the piece by piece turns with hasty's if you get good / excellent procs. just use a piece by piece later in the synth exchanging it for one of the other hasty's. masters mend 2 can be used one step later if it lands on a good as well.
