ランチャー起動後にエラーでゲームができない。

4月24日？のパッチ後にランチャーを開いても黒い画面しか出ず
何も表示されず入力できない状態でしたのでＰＣの不具合かと思い、システムの復元をしたんです。
そしたらランチャーは普通に表示されＩＤ・パスワードを入力できたので次にプレイボタンを押したら
「DirectXで致命的なエラーが発生しました。(30000011)」というのがでて、ゲームがプレイできません。


FF14のアンインストール→インスト。
NVIDIAのドライバー削除。インスト。
NVIDIAのドライバーをセーフモードでドライバースイーパーで削除→ドライバーをインスト。
NVIDIAのバージョンを古いのや新しいのにしてランチャー起動。
システムの復元。
FF14のデータを消してランチャー起動。
右クリで管理者から実行。

色々やってみたんですが全然直りません。



エラーコードでネット検索したところ、フォーラムで去年の記事があったのでそれに書かれてる事をためしてもダメでした。
パッチ前までは何の支障もなく普通にプレイできてたんですけど、どうしたらいいんでしょうか・・・
どなたか知恵をお貸しください(>_<)

利用権も勿体ないし、何しても直らないしもうヘコタレソウですOrz
ちなみにDirectXのバージョンは11で削除しようかと思ったんですが、できない仕様なのかやり方がわかりませんでした。

DirectXのエラーについてはわかりませんがランチャーが真黒ということは
まず下記を試されたでしょうか？

私もランチャーを起動しても真っ暗になり上記を試しましたがダメなことがありました。
そのときはウィルスソフトのアップデートが正常に行われておらずスクリプトに異常が発生したようです。
ウィルスソフトを再インストールしたら直りました。

わかりにくい文章ですみません。
真っ黒の状態は改善しました＾＾
ＩＤとパスを入力して「プレイ」ボタンを押したら通常ゲーム開始されるはずなんですが、

セキュリティソフトは再インストール何度かしましたが変わらずです；

追記：DirextＸ11.2（現在の最新）はDirectX9.0c　完全互換です

FF14はDirectX9のソフトですが、Windows7は標準でDirectX9が入っていません。

windows7、８、8.1　では　DirextＸ9.0c　完全互換の　DirectX11.2　が搭載されているので　ここは無視してかまいません。

サイトに飛んで保存し、インストールしたんですが、途中エラーになってしまい失敗しました。。。

「内部システムエラーが発生しました。
WindowsフォルダにあるDXError.logとDirectX.logを参照して、問題を分析してください。」

このような内容のエラー表示がでました。

それでDirectX.logを見たんですが、何がいけないのかよくわからず・・・。
そしてDXError.logは見つからず；

Platform Update for Windows 7 をダウンロードするんでしょうか？（既にしてあると言われる）

私はWindows7なのですが、これが新規インストール直後の素の状態だと、
FF14ベンチがDirectX9を入れてくださいと出て、動かないんですよ。

あと、Windows7はDirectX11.0までで、DirectX11.2はWindows8.1のみ利用可能です。
