Enable the client to play sounds while minimized, sit in your inn room, adjust pc volume with the volume mixer.

Or a neat thing they can do is make it so FF becomes "active" in the taskbar. Like make it glow orange.
Blinking is too... Eh. I prefer the glow.
Because whenever i alt tab i instinctively turn my volume down because my other background programs make a lot of unneeded noise if something happens.
