"Know of vengeance, of what is worthless" maybe?
"Know of vengeance, of what is worthless" maybe?
Will try to fill in some of what I get for what's missing...
Than Scions and sinners
In the rain, tonight our timeless rainbow!
Are we alive and fighting death's amber embrace?
On hands and knees, we pray to gods we've never seen
-----
"Cold comfort to the folk who died gettin' us here. Still, this peace is ours, and we owe it to ourselves to make the most of it."
I think
"Without a compass rose, we're lost in lies of fate
(Then suddenly ... )"
is
"Without our compass, wandering lost in lies afield
(This suddenly casting away)"

While most of what you've all figured out sounds right to me, there's definitely something off about the chorus.
I can't for the life of me hear either of those instances of (Calling to me). My best guess is that the first instance is actually (Leading to the edge) and the second instance is (Haunting to the edge). Might've misheard "leading/haunting", but I've got to be right about the "to the edge" bits. I mean, "To the Edge" is the name of the song.In monochrome melodies
Our tears are painted in red
(Calling to me)
Deep inside, we're nothing more
Than ... and sinners
In the rain, tonight our ...
Yes, time circles endlessly
The hands of fate train ahead
(Calling to me)
All things change, drug through the flame
Too rise from the ashes
To begin, we first must see the end through!
Imagine I'm off the mark but this is what I got.
Without a compass, wandering, lost in lies of faith
(Fate subtlely wresting our reigns)
We lead a life in fighting death's ember embrace
(Our hearts beat on unafraid)
Our hands engaged, we pray to gods we've never seen
(Come, shadow, come follow me)
The final hour upon us, no more time to grieve
Here's my updated version from what all of you have been saying, as well as some of my own edits after having this on repeat at work. I think most of this is actually accurate, too (which I'm often hesitant to say!). The fourth verse was probably the one that developed the most, and actually helped me out with other verses, too, since the song uses so many similes in it for imagery. Anything italicized are lines that I'm most unsure of.
One brings shadow, one brings light
Two-toned echoes tumbling through time
Threescore wasted, ten cast aside
Four-fold knowing, no end in sight
One brings shadow, one brings light
Two-toned echoes tumbling through time
Threescore wasted, ten cast aside
Four-fold knowing, no end in sight
I remember, being locked in silence
A surrender, a solemn reverie
Of drifting, down in the twilight
Ascending, through faded memories
No more printed, a work is worthless
As a madman, is writing on the wall
Whoever sent this, descent to madness
Come and save us, yet just before we fall...
Riding home...
Riding home...
Dying hope...
Hold onto hope...
Like broken angels, wingless, cast from heaven's gaze
(Our slumb'ring dead ??? )
We can find we're falling, falling, far from grace
(Now take us where I can breathe)
I'm like a message in a bottle, cast to sea
(Displaced and torn by the sea)
Unto their end, our candle's burn, until we're free
In monochrome melodies
Our tears are painted in red
(Bringing me to the edge...)
Deep inside, we're nothing more than scions and sinners
In the rain, to light our dullest vague hope!
Yes, time circles endlessly
The hands of fate trained ahead
(Coming to the edge...)
All things change, dragged through the flame to rise from the ashes
To begin, we first must see the end fall!
One brings shadow, one brings light
Two-toned echoes tumbling through time
Threescore wasted, ten cast aside
Four-fold knowing, no end in sight
One brings shadow, one brings light
Two-toned echoes tumbling through time
Threescore wasted, ten cast aside
Four-fold knowing, no end in sight
Like the victims, we cast the first stone
In our cages, we know not what we do
Indecision, here at the crossroads
Recognition, tomorrow's come to soon
Or the bloodied, like lambs to slaughter
At the mercy, of those who drive the sword
As the storm rends, it underwater
We're forgotten, for now and evermore
Riding home...
Riding home...
Dying hope...
Hold onto hope...
Without a compass, wand'ring, lost in lies of fate
(Fate subtly resting above)
Are we alive and fighting death's amber embrace?
(Our hearts beat on unafraid)
On hands and knees, we pray to gods we've never seen
(Come, shadow, come far from me)
The final hour upon us, no more time to grieve
In monochrome melodies
Our tears are painted in red
(Bringing me to the edge...)
Deep inside, we're nothing more than scions and sinners
In the rain, to light our dullest vague hope!
Yes, time circles endlessly
The hands of fate trained ahead
(Coming to the edge...)
All things change, dragged to the flame to rise from the ashes
To begin, we first must see the end fall!

I have a few suggestions to add!
Riding home, riding home, finding hope, don't lose hope
And like a message in a bottle cast to sea
In the rain, to (love?) and don’t lose faith, oh
The hands of fate trained ahead
(Pointing to the edge)
To believe, we first must see the end, oh!
Recognition, tomorrow’s gone too soon (I also thought this was "come" for a while, but isolating the voice makes it clear that it is "gone")
For the blind lead like lambs to slaughter
Without our compass, wandering, lost in lies of fate
Come, shadow, come follow me
There are a few others I wonder about, but I have a higher degree of confidence in these. Hope this proves helpful!

Small thing but it's definitely "heaven's gate", not "heaven's gaze". The background lyrics kick in before the word is done but if you keep paying attention to that word the "t" sound is very pronounced.
A friend has also given me some further insight--
Like broken angels, wingless, cast from heaven's gate
(Our slumbering demons awake)
All things change, drawn to the flame
