If I remember right, Soken was specifically asked about Civilizations (the Rak'tika Greatwood daytime theme), and specifically admitted it has none, again it's just the synthesized voice sampler at work I'm sorry to say.
This is probably way too early to make a post about, but in the 5.3 trailer we heard what is most likely the theme of the story trial, a vocal rock remix of the Tempest/Amaurot leitmotif. The song plays from 1:10 but unfortunately I cant really make out most of what is being said here. However, the part at 1:30 (When they start showing Nier Automata stuff) sounds to me like:
In monochrome melodies
Our dreams are painted in red
I've been working at the trailer's lyrics, too. It is a bit tricky to make out a good portion of the words, and there are whispered phrases every third line that I can't quite understand, but I've got at least some chunks of each verse. Also, interesting thing to note, the start of the song in the trailer features a ticking clock in the background, similar to 'Neath Dark Waters, which is a nice touch to connect all of the Amaurot songs together.
...
... your still eyes, I feel
If something cast it above
(... to me)
Fall around upon us
No more time to grieve
In monochrome melodies
Our dreams are painted in red
(... to me)
Achievements sung, with or without
The insolence of sinners
(... to me)
Tonight and all his faith
Fall!
Yes, stars of mortality
The hands are reaching up there
(... to me)
All these chains, wrought out of pain
Too much for the conscience
(... to me)
The ... are singing ever!
(One brings shadow, one brings the light)

Hmm, I can definitely hear a few of those in the song, but other spots, I fell like it is something else
...
... your still eyes, I feel
If something cast it above (I feel like this verse has something to do with stars, which then fall around upon the ancients/singers)
(... to me)
Fall around upon us
No more time to grieve
In monochrome melodies
Our dreams are painted in red
(... to me)
Achievements sung, with or without
and silenced with sin
(... to me)
In the rain
Tonight our time will (stray?)
Fall!
Yes, stars of mortality
The path (up?) may change ahead
(... to me)
All these chains, wrought out of pain
Too much for the conscience (I dont think this fits in the flow of the song, but its hard to tell because this exactly where Elidibus speaks in the trailer.)
(... to me)
The stars (birds? worlds?) are singing ever!
(One brings shadow, one brings the light)

I can't stop hearing this though:
In monochrome melodies
Our dreams are painted in red
(... to me)
Deep inside, we've known before
the insolence (silence ?) of sinners.
(... to me)

I'm definitely not good at this, but for the last part I'm hearing:
All we've chased, caught in the fate.
Too much for the (future?).
The stars are singing ever!
Okay, listening over and over, and taking some of your further interpretations into account, I got this:
...
... your still eyes, I feel
The stars that were resting above
(... to me)
Fall around upon us
No more time to grieve
In monochrome melodies
Our dreams are painted in red
(... to me)
Deep inside, with or without
and silenced with sin (I can get why 'insolence' was being heard here, but the emphasis is usually 'IN-sol-ence' rather than 'IN-SOL-ence', granted there may have been some creative liberties to fit the melody)
In the rain
Tonight our time will (?stray)
Fall!
Yes, stars of mortality/Yet starved of mortalities) (I can definitely hear '-talities' at the end of this line, and thus this is the line I cant decipher the most. Luckily, the words ending in 'tality' and have a plural form are limited in number. Mortalities is not one of them.)
The path up may change ahead
(Daunting/Calling to me)
All these chains, wrought out of pain
Too much for the future
To me (As far as I can tell, unlike the rest of the time 'to me' is used, which is the echoey voice, this one is part of the main lyrics, and flows in the last line)
The stars (birds? worlds?) are singing ever!
(One brings shadow, one brings the light)

How about:
Last part also really sounds likeIn the rain,
tonight our time is played
Out!
It definitely sounds more and more like a goodbye song. YikesTo me,
free birds are singing ever

I have a different interpretation of the second lyric from everyone so far.
No matter what, I can't stop hearing "final hour" during this point of the song. If it's correct, perhaps the song is telling us we are very limited on time? Gives it that further feeling of a goodbye song.Final hour upon us,
No more time to grieve
