The Sephirot lyrics are far easier to make out over the orchestrion for some reason.
I'll do a full transcript after this Void Ark run, but I can tell you now that it's "concede your place in history."

There are, but I unfortunately am doing Seph Ex atm and cannot type them up. I posted like 6 lines of them in the 3.2 reaction thread, on page 19ish.
Ah yes there are, I had seen them posted on reddit and a few other places already but I can type them up here too.
I also have to agree w/ the "Fiend" being clearer on the Orchestrion and it being "concede your place in history"
Locus
Seeking the peace of reason
Sheep in a peaceless season
Reason to keep believing
Waken the beast who's sleeping
Let go this destiny, you're caught in a trance
Ever marking time inside a dream, no sign of advance,
You see, the moral coil we serve is taut like a spring
Step back! Two-step, two-step, two-step, one two three
Our world's a fantasy, no more than a test
Ever feeding off the fallacy creating this mess
Deep down inside this bleak machine with all of the rest
Break free! Two-phase, two-phase electricity
Time turning up the volume
Time turning on us always
No time enough tomorrow
For turning back to where we began
Twenty-two sectors tested
Fragments in one direction
Celestial noise detected
Delirium unsuspected
Static tuned in to reason
Time in the aether deepens
Transmissions blink uncompleted
Seven two three two two...<send>
Arrested destiny, alone in a trance
No escaping from this waking dream, no hope for advance,
You see, the mortal coil we serve is naught but a spring
Unwind! Too slow, too quick, too much to believe
Your world's a fantasy, you've failed the test
Ever forging all new fallacies creating more mess
Directly through this bleak machine, with all of the rest
DC! Dying, dying, electricity
Falling back right into the system of
Falling back on all that's erased
When fighting back right out of this system
Means falling back right into this space
Yes, falling back right in with the system
Who'll see you falling back to the end
When falling back is better than simply
Falling back into pieces again
Silent steel breathing, breathing
Memory writing, reading
Error! Repeat deleting
Radicals flowing free and
Energy slowly speeing
Suspending all disbelief in
Synergy with our being
Synapses fire in three, then...
Heavensward, Unbending Steel, Dragonsong, Locus and Metal are the only songs w/ lyrics listed in the booklet ftr

Did me and Cyril bring up the possibility of tempered Goblin children implied by certain lyrics in Locus in this thread?
That was in the 3.2 thread.
It really sounds like Locus has a few lines that imply Alexander can temper.
What most interests me is how the song has directly referenced [3.2 Midas spoilers!]
Alexander's time bending capabilites
I mean, we've literally had this song in front of us all along and yet (as far as I'm aware) it never occurred to us. Then again, this song hasn't been the easiest to transcribe, so...
There's also no cure to Tempering, if I recall correctly. Didn't the Scions imply in the early MSQ that they had to 'regrettably' put down those that were Tempered to prevent them summoning Primals? Since that would, ultimately, be all they would care to do in such a state?
I really hope they don't discover a cure because 'Tempering' has the potential to be an incredible bitter blow at some point if a firm ally of ours needs to be put down because they can't be saved and are no longer of a sound mind.
That might help dampen some of the plot armour surrounding the WoL too.
The only "cure" to Tempering is the Primal releasing their hold, if what is said in the Coil storylines stays true.
After listening for a bit in the orchestration, this is pretty spot on, but I'd say:
No "old."Your world is rusted like a dirty razor,
"But," not "put."Rose of redemption, but a thorn in your pride.
Now here's the strange part.
Retreat where lesser men lead.
Flee from what you do not see.
Concede your place in history.
Turn away, turn away. These two are so far off what it seems like they are in the fight that I almost think that they put an old version of the song in the orchestration instead of the current version.Retreat where lesser men lead.
Flee from what you do not see.
Heed the dark within your being.
Turn away, to serve me!
I really have to agree. The Orchestion and actual battle theme are different.
Take a listen to the battle theme. I can't believe it's saying "Concede your place in history." And for additional reference, the second chorus.
