Here's my rough attempt to transliterate the kanji into romanji.

EDIT: I attempted a literal translation, but I quickly got lost, as the lyrics take a poetic form, so a higher degree of creative interpretation is required to capture the intended meaning in English.

EDIT2: Never mind. Here's a rough translation, with plenty of creative licence taken. There are likely a lot of inaccuracies, but it was a fun, personal exercise.

意味　ひとひらを
imi hitohirao
(Are) flat, thin and meaningless

定めしや　我生くを　断ち翻して
sadameshiya wareiiku-o tachihirugae-shite
Surely, my existence will be broken and overturned

さあ　いざ——

Come, let's go
