    Everything was fine and then...

    Game has been working on my PC for a few months now and now all of the sudden my PC just crashes for no reason but only with final fantasy. Is it the game or my PC? Basically monitor goes black fan in the PC kicks into hyperdrive and I have to hard reset it. But nothing has been changed on the PC. Any help is appreciated. Specs on PC are

    Amd fx 8 core processor
    16gb ram
    Nvidia gtx 760

    check your pc for dust, if monitor goes black, and fan kicks up it could be a videocard issue

    This issue has been rampant lately. Not just in this game either. What's the windows error code you get when you crash? <~ (Event viewer) Is it a 4101? Driver Display Failure? Possible fixes: It's an error on the latest nvidia beta drivers. The last couple of patches have been sketchy to say the least on many 6 and 7 series cards. Try reverting back to an earlier patch. Like 332.21. Disable physx effects and see if it helps with your issue.

    This, but don't automatically assume it's a hardware issue. I'm pretty sure it's just the crappy drivers nvidia has been releasing lately.
