Cannot upload saved data

When i turn on ps4 I keep getting this message for this game. I tried to redownload it from psn because thats what I had to do when i upgraded from ps3 to ps4, only problem is now when I try to log into the game it wants we to register the game to my quare enix account again. I been playing for weeks, now i cant play all of a sudden. What should i do? I am scared if i regiseter again I will lose my character since I registered already b4 and it wants me to register a new account

I clicked make a new service account, and my characters were all still there. When I redownloaded it, it must have treated it like a new purchase or something. All is well now, but why does everything that has to do with SE accounts have to be so confusing.
