Maybe you could, I dunno, not queue while you're doing story quests?

That's easy for a tank to say. Sometimes you're in a queue for a couple hours and you might come across a new piece of NPC dialog, not knowing how long it'll take.

Unless your assumption is everyone should be level 50 by now and/or do research on every quest dialog before you talk to the NPC. For example, sometimes people just want to start a quest and finish it later. But instead of the quick and easy "accept a leve" system, they're treated to a 30 minute long NPC cutscene
