30 min Penalty needs to be added for leaving a dungeon while players are in a CS.....

i dont get it lol, you do get a 30 min penalty for leaving a dungeon early even if people are still watching cs unless you dc, which SE has no way to prove if you forced the dc or not, so they cant punish you for that. The only thing you can do is waste 5 mins of their time an dont kick them till the game kicks them. As far as people watching cs's in CM/Prea... who freakin cares?!?!?! lol I have yet to see a pt that doesnt just leave the cs watchers behind an continue the dungeon on without them lol So who is wasting whos time? That is the real reason why SE has done nothing about the CS issue, because there is no issue. Most of us are so geared up we could prolly duo/trio CM/Prea if the whole rest of the pt happened to be noobs, which would never happen either btw, most of my runs there is usually only 1-2 new people, an half the time they skip without being told anything, the other half they sit an watch cs's while everyone else blasts through the dungeon.

Well I was told multiple times my different people that idk, That there was no penalty when leaving the dungeon while someone was still in the starting Cut Scene. So I always assumed it was correct, I've had people do it in Pharos Sirius a lot and people do it in the lost city and other places.

Well anyways I just tested it out and unless I did it wrong, which I'm sure I didn't you do get a 30 min penalty. So I'll change the OP.

@Mysteran: That's actually the reason why I said to 7/6 man the dungeon while the other 1/2 are watching cutscenes. They get to watch them, we get to do the dungeon without waiting for them. Besides, the drop in efficiency really isn't that bad at all. I was once in Praetorium while one healer, one tank, and one DPS were watching the cutscenes. I had to solo heal that place as a SCH and everything turned out fine, no wipes, no problems at all...at least until they showed up during the Ultima fights, then I had to rez 2 of them. I had more fun in that place doing that 5 man that I had in all my times of being there.

Not only is it a challenge for the people who are moving on ahead without the people watching cutscenes, the new people get to watch said cutscenes. Everybody wins. The only reason I can picture them wanting people to skip cutscenes is if they don't know their class well enough (which they really should at level 50) to handle a little extra load from the dungeon.

Actually It can work. There was talk in my FC's chat (TODAY) and one mentioned that sometimes he does duty roulette join in pt and when he leaves while people are cutscene he says he doesn't get penalty. (as healer)

He leaves pharos all the time and immediately queues again. as he says. Not sure if true or not.
