Is there any actual PVP in this game? PvP Player vs Player not Party vs Party

Hi, I have yet to find any actual PVP in this game. Here's my idea on how to fix that. (assuming I'm not overlooking it and there actually isn't any PvP)

Point 1: Every MMO I've ever played has PvP as in Player vs Player except well FFXIV.

Point 2: How is it supposed to last without a Healer? Well, that's simple.
A. A bit of a Damage Nerf for Player vs Player only. Not for Party v Party.
B. Potions - They are nearly useless as is players either sell them, or have stacks of them from what I've seen.
C. What if the timer for next potion use where severely dumbed down for Player vs Player only, however you could only bring like 5 or 10 potions of . . each potion in Ex. (10 hp/10 mana potions, and like 3 slots for Ex 1 food 1 dexterity and one Vitality potion.
