Trouble Downloading/updating game

I'm having an issue where my launcher will time out every time it tries to download/update the game. There are no error codes or messages, it just goes from showing my download speed to showing nothing except the green bar and the eta on the download stops ticking down.

I forgot to mention I am on a pc, I did finally get an error code after multiple attempts
11006 20641 20642 20600- unable to update patch files. I have tried all kinds of tricks from deleting folders to reinstalling, running as admin, ect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I fixed this this issue.... somehow, I just kept restarting my pc and trying again till it eventually worked.... The lack of response on these forums is troubling, especially after one hundred views, but more troubling would be how the support button on the client directed me to a phone number which always ends at an answering machine. I paid you, then jumped through hoops to get back into your game, I hope for your companies sake that you don't treat your new customers like this or you will quickly be out of business.
