Please read carefully. Nolem did not tell you how to respond in that quote, only the results of how you're responding now. And he's right. Please do not tell me how to respond, I am frustrated and I want that to be expressed in a way that makes my experience of the problems I am experiencing somewhat understandable.
I work in a professional environment and I would like to believe that the people that have the responsibility for overseeing customer experiences, problems etc. would see that as a big problem,
you are right that one player quitting the game because that one player alones experience of the game is not satisfying or acceptable due to errors might not make Square Enix react, but that mindset
is not why these threads exists, they exists so that we can report these errors and show our frustration with problems that makes us less happy customers.
It's also a matter of experience of how a business works since attracting one new customer usually is the equivalent of 5 times the cost of keeping one.
If ALL is experiencing the problem as you say, then I would strongly believe that expressing those feelings if they would feel that way would make a big impact.
No I will report and express my feelings as my experience of them is experienced, you are free to do it your way, but you do not have any say whatsoever over how I
should express myself.
