    It's a networking issue in route to the servers. Need to get with your ISP to properly investigate and make the necessary corrections to provide a more stable route. I have over 125 days worth of playtime (Total Play Time: 125 days, 4 hours, 45 minutes)...would not have that much playtime if I hadn't brought my ISP in to address my problems last year.

    Can usually test/prove this through the use of a VPN service. During the free trial you can try multiple locations to tunnel through. When you find one that is stable you can take a snapshot of the route through a tracert, then do another snapshot while on the route your ISP assigns and submit them for review. Should be enough information for them to work from to figure out what is going on and make adjustments.

    Mileage may vary on the initial progress...it may take some persistence to get them moving on it, but it is a known problem and has been proven that the ISP's have ways to improve your stability. Don't settle for the usual "no" and "not our problem" responses. When changing the route via a VPN resolves it---it proves it CAN in fact be corrected through the routing policies. That is basically the benefit of what a VPN does--allows you to alter/bypass the parameters of the routing that are negatively impacting your sessions.
