    How to get support from Square Enix EU at this time?

    Just paid to switch from entry sub to standard, and paid for 180 days.

    Didn't receive any vet rewards in moogle mail and Tonberry is constantly locked down with character restrictions.
    So effectively I paid Square Enix for something that they are not providing.

    Any suggestions how to get hold of some support from them?

    This is of no use:

    Did you do it during a middle of a subscription period? If so you might have to wait until your entry sub ends before it switches over to the standard sub.

    They have a live chat and I just queued in it for almost 3 hours and then got the "There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later."
    So do not expect any help from them, their support is the worst I've ever heard of.
