the r30 camps. once you can get the leves for the next set you should move up because the sp you gain is no longer viable for leveling. the 2 most populated camps are nanawa mines and nophica wells on most servers.

yeah more people = more mobs which = more sp. also once you get over 23 your sp will drop off the r20 camps.

Nanawa Mines is close to Ul'dah and it's where the most people around that rank are.

If you're not concerned with the number of people, any of the R30 camps should be fine.

Can still get decent SP soloing the R20 Behests. Just make sure no one else is there (Tranquil, Bloodshore) so you're not dinging anyone's SP.
