PS4 version is AWESOME! Upgrade asap if you can.

OMG if you are still playing FFXIV on PS3 then you should really upgrade! It's freaking amazing how badass it is. The graphics are great, So much more detail than PS3. Cut Scenes are amazing. The loading times, holy crap are fast. Lag? What lag? I did Praet (4 times) to see how the loading times are and they are Crazy fast, was able to keep up and even beat some people that weren't new (that's the first). The lag on PS3 was ridiculous, PS4 I haven't had any lag (as of yet) did a few Titan Extremes last night during peak hours and zero issues with lag. Combat seems much better, Seems to flow faster than PS3. I've been having some issue with TP, That I wasn't having with PS3 (gear hasn't changed), I think because the combat isn't having a delay.

I do have a very minor issue and that is the Hud display, On PS3 I was able to get certain displays on the border like party list, duty list, and the map. But on PS4 I can't get them on the border without them being small.

Other than that I love it! I kinda wish that FFXIV launched on PS4 and not PS3.

But seriously, not everyone has the coin laying around to purchase a new console, I'm sure they're all well aware the PS4 is way better than the PS3.

PS4 is far cheaper than a PC. I'm saving up to buy my Wife a PS4 to play on will probably be 2-3 months. Just spreading the word. Save, Save, and Save some more.

I put a PS4 on layaway about a week ago. Pretty excited to get it paid off and play FFXIV on it.

I just want to finish up some games on PS3 (FFX-2, FFXIII saga etc) before I upgrade because it'll probably be hard to come back to those after playing next-gen games.

I still go back, just yesterday I was playing jojo'a bizarre adventure. Itching to play some Drakengaurd this month so My PS3 is here to stay.

In all seriousness, I'm hoping the PS4 will be more than just an FFXIV machine, so I want at least one other title to come out on it that I want to play. (I'm open to some recommendations if you have any.)

Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends - Complete Edition is a great game to go with PS4.
