Assuming that they actually do implement Magitek vehicles(and not just weapons), and we can actually ride them, then just think of all the possibilities of different types that we might have access to.

Also my idea for dodos was ironic. Of course I'm totally open for mounts that make sense within the context of the game lore.

Actually no, I Preach Tradition. Mounts that have been available traditionally in FF's.

Chocobo, Dragons, Magitek, Canoe, Airship.

Tradition had to have been change at one point. Why can't traditional mounts coexist with new ones? Why restrict that potential?

I quite liked FFXIII's hoverbikes, and they're from the series so....

All kidding aside, I'd prefer we get unique mounts from customisation and personalisation of chocobos (different colours, armour, decoration, linkshell/company flags) rather than a bunch of different creatures.

I think magitek would look pretty weird outside of very select situations, too.

Actually, They are more progressive then most americans, They for example, publically accept gender dysphoria as a psychological disorder and actually pay for gender transition therapy for people afflicted by it.
