    waking the spirit locked

    i just got weaving to lvl 20 and went to the bonfire to unlock the ability to meld materia so i can finish the lvl 20 weaver quest, unfortunatly the NPC keeps telling me to come back with a DOH class with a lvl 19 or higher, my weaving is lvl 20 but she refuses to give me this quest which prevents me from doing my class quest. would like some help ASAP please

    Also tried logout and login again?
