Tomestones of Mythology bug.

Hello, ive been farming 900 Myth credits for my new weapon. After extensive and boring farm i finally got the points. I went to Auriana NPC, bought 3x Thavnairian Mist for 300 points each, btu i never got the items in my inventory, and the Myth points are gone.

No the items are not in my inventory. What am i supposed to do now...?

Submit a ticket in the game yet? Maybe a GM can investigate that for you.

I think Suzii did this twice. Both times got the same message... Check your inventory. Word for word a copy paste

Well, can't say I'm the slightest bit surprised. They do that here too. But here's the thing:

If you're 100% sure it's not in your inventory, make your next post as they want it described in that link above. They move posts to Insufficient Information when you don't. Post screenshots if you can, but not required. I even posted a picture of HQ Antidotes not working on Poison once and they called it Working As Intended so fill out as much as you can.

Did you check your inventory?

If you haven't tried yet, I'd say to go to the furnace and click it. It will show your weapon and if you have the mist items or not. Try selecting your weapon and Right Click on each item to hand over.
I just upgraded my BLM staff last night and had no issues.
I don't know how many countless times I thought I didn't have something in my inventory only to find it was there and I was over looking it.
