    Unknown error someone please help

    So on my PS4 when I start up FF14 before it gets to the log in screen it says 'an error has occurred (WS-36601-6). Anyone know what that means or had the same problem? Thanks again

    The format of the error falls in line with posted codes at the PSN forums. Don't see any listed starting with "WS" though... may be something along the lines of a problem with Web Services (whether that is PSN or SE, who knows). Might want to give the PSN forum a shot.
