i already posted this one and it was completely ignored... so here i go agian...
for a month or two now my mouse over info stoped working for 70% of my stuff. for example. if i target myself on a pally with shield oath on, there is a icon above my bar stating that shield oath is active... when i mouse over it it should say "increases emnity and decreases damage received" instead it does nothing. same thing with mousing over the map fates and various other things. can anyone please help me this time...
