DF one big cess pool for practice

Can this be changed? now days people go to DF to learn and don't mind messing up in front of other players possibly not even from the same server. Once in a blue you can clear content from early as Garuda Ex on even Titan hm it's just been a matter of luck.

Not entirely sure what you're trying to say here.

If you want (maybe) guaranteed success rate, you need to go PF.

It's accepted as standard so no point in complaining about it, though I personally think it should be the other way around. The problem with practicing in DF is that you basically reset your progress every instance. For example, most people stuck on Titan don't have much post-heart experience because they learn with one group and then queue again to get a different group that may not have gotten as far as the previous one, so they have to spend yet another hour wiping while still not gaining personal experience. DF T5 is another good example because every time you queue up, you get a mix of first-timers, people with only conflag experience, people with up to divebomb experience, or people with up to twister experience. It's not something you can learn in one hour. With PF, you can ensure you find people with similar experiences and practice for more than the hour given if necessary.

It's not really a complaint I got all my relics bar one through DF just observing the DF success rate of late has been exceedingly low and I have no idea why that is because I learned content through DF like most others. Just curious to ask why that is.

No it isn't. It's an american/european standard. As you can see, Levi/Moggle mog XII cannot be queued in DF for a reason. And I don't think it's just because SE "forgot" to make DF available.

It's funny you say that I find PF has the same kind of success rate the only difference is you can see your party and know if you've played with that player before good or bad experience.

Its heaps simpler to practice in DF though. It takes time to form parties on PF, and if people decide to just up and leave (which they do, regardless of your rules), it will also take time to reform.
Reputation also .. I feel at ease when I'm practicing there, because on server people would remember quick that maybe I don't learn fast or screw up too much. Might as well train hard as anon

If you have the same succes on PF than on DF, you are doing it wrong on PF.

It takes a bit of practice, but usually you can see wich partys are going to suceed and wich ones are not. Most decent partys on PF can clear and farm any content prior 2.2 and Levi ex, except maybe T5...
Of course, now there's not farming partys for primals Ex, cause there's not use on it, but you can easilly find a party to clear it once if needed...

For exemple, I woudn't join "Titan EX FARMING NO RAGE QUIT" or "Levi Ex" description "Everyone is welcome but some experience woud be great". At least not if I want to clear the instances...


But if you join the right partys, PF has a great success rate.
