    Steps:
    1. Attempt to gain issuance from OIC Quartermaster after registering with GC
    2. Informed by said NPC that I am currently registered with another GC
    3. I have checked my profile and I am registered with Order of the Twin Adder as expected

    As an addition, I am apparently registered with the Hall of Flames despite my profile and all relevant information saying I am registered with the Order of the Twin Serpent.
