Accuracy for EX primals?

I use a PC with the two keyboard bars, my Buttons are already full with combining buffs and attacks,

Main bar:
1 True Thrust, Mercy Stroke. 2 Blood for Blood and Vorpal. 3 "Guarenteed crit+heal" and Full Thrust. 4 Internal Release and Phleb. 5 Buff Jump+Jump and Javelin Throw. 6. Heavy Thrust. 7 Stun Sweep and Stun Jump 8 Backstab 9 Disembowel 0 Chaos Thrust -Elusive Jump. = Sprint

Extra Bar:
1. Line Aoe. 2. Circle Aoe. 3. Healing potion. 4 Dragonfire Jump. 5 Feint 6 Fracture 7 Stun jump alone (so I can see the cooldown). 8 Defensives (Keen, 2nd wind, etc) 9 Invigorate 0 Chocobo -macro for party communication, = Limit break.
manually clicking them will reduce uptime and likely make it harder to weave them into the GCD. What do you suggest? To be honest, Titan EX was the only fight I noticed Phlebotomize had a problem disappearing, and only after I lowered my accuracy, thus the question here.

I don't even know how to handle this. You do not use macros like that. This reduces your efficiency so much

You're on PC, using a keyboard. Make more bars and learn to use them.

Why not, press the button once to attack, again during the cooldown to activate an ability. what's more efficient than that? Certainly not mouseclick the bars and getting tooltips in my face.

As a melee dps, I believe the cap for accuracy on Ex Primals Garuda, Titan, Ifrit, and Thornmarch is 400. Levix requires at least 482

I don't think there's any requirement for the first 3. I've never (that I've noticed at least) missed a spell on SCH or WHM with the base accuracy of 341 and I cast damage spells quite a lot on Garuda and Titan.

For a start macros can't be "queued" by the game. Normally if you hit a skill you can use it just before the GCD is up and it will fire off when the GCD completes. Using macros is basically taking a hit to your skillspeed. Also, there's more keys on your keyboard that 1 through 0, personally I find it annoying to use anything further right than 5 and have stuff like Q, E, R, F, F1, F2 etc. bound to my hotbars.
