She plays on a laptop but I'm not sure which model (will post asap) and I really don't know much else. This has been going on for a week now. Yesterday she tried logging in 8 times and couldn't stay in.

I see her character appear next to mine immediately after logging in, and she gets to say something in the chat log, but then immediately she is booted. Any suggestions?
