Truth is, I couldn't care less what people do with their time in game. I, in no way, think that what I'm saying in this thread is going to change people buying content-clears. I just want people to realize that they're only killing the game for themselves by paying for wins.

The ones you're buying the clears from, they're the ones playing and enjoying the game. All you're doing is paying them to play the game while carrying you on their back. Buying a clear is accepting the fact that you're simply not good enough to do it otherwise.
Agreed. Although there are some cases where a player has no friends or people to play with.

But in their cases that's the problem they need to deal with because endgame content are not soloable and require a group to run. And once they get their carry, unless they start making friends and connections they'll be stuck on the next tough thing and resort to buying a carry if it's available. At that point, I really don't see the point in continuing playing an MMO.
