Can't download software for upgrade from PS3 to PS4

Well, have it downloading now.

Slight work around, go to the online PS Store, and enter to code there in the redeem codes section, it worked for me.

I did it from my laptop, not from the PS4, and it was then available to download in my library on my PS4.

I just did it and it does seem to work (game is still downloading atm). Ty for the workaround until SE fix it.

That is not cool, the code isn't applying to the account at all? Could try doing it through the PS3's store as well at worst, it'll just then give the option to download it when you check the library on the PS4.
