Unusually High Latency for over 3 weeks?

Hello, I've been playing this game since early January, and everything's been pretty cool so far.But About 3 weeks ago or so, I noticed that my games connection seemed to be somewhat unstable, it grew so bad I called out my isp to come take a look. They replaced my modem with the exact same model and make as before, which for some reason boosted my speed across the board, except in final fantasy.. it only made things worse. After 2 more phone calls and another visit from Comcast, I'm still stuck. I can log in, everythings okay for a little bit but as soon as i start walking somewhere with anyone doing ANYTHING, I spike up to 500 receiving 1200 sending, 1500 receiving and 32 sending or similar numbers, which progressively fluctuate depending on the amount of players in the area. One other thing I noticed when I ran speedtests, is if i ran a speed test while on other games, it would report higher latency but nothing too crazy. In final fantasy however, if I'm in combat and run the speedtest. I get extremely strange results. Perfect ping (17ms) but my download and upload speeds were a third of what they normally clock in at. I'm not sure what this means, I'm ready to throw my computer into a pool of Malboro bile at this point and give up. Any help would be appreciated.

sent and receive which u posted of 500 and 1200 is normal its just telling u that data your sending and receiving in bytes. as an area is more full or more stuff occuring your sending and receiving date is higher.

if u want to check ping of game just open task manager on windows then click resource monitor then click network and under tcp connections it should say the games latency in ms.

but yeah what u posted isnt latency its the amount of data being sent over the internet which is calculated in bytes
