Just a heads up. in the Japanese forums, Topics are typically placed where they are meant to be placed, not in general discussion

Yep. They at least follow the rules much better over there. It's hard to keep track of topics here (which inevitably leads to multiple redundant threads) since everyone just puts all their stuff in "general discussion" hoping to get a dev comment. It's a bad incentive.
