Repairing Repairs

I like the current repairing system cause the core of my gameplay revolves around repairing people in the city and being helpful. Some people care about content and gameplay and all that lame stuff. But the real fun is in repairing! That's why I'm going to start a petition to get the devs to keep the current repairing system, with subtle updates to make it better.

Better as in;

every piece of gear requires a seperate repair material
gear wears down at 4x the speed
gear can only be repaired by hq mats
NPC repair fee is 900mill for every item so everyone has to come to me to get repairs

These are just some of the changes I would like to see because I'm an asshole.
