The only way we'd get anything close is if Cid and company started making Eorzean versions of Garlean armor, which is possible, but unlikely.

Unlikely indeed. . . . . But just imagine how awesome it'd look :P
The garlean officer armor is modelled on the Judge armors from FFT/FFXII - it always looked badass
