BLM spell speed

If you're already i90, moving into SCoB and i110 gear your stat priority is weapon dmg>int>crit>=ss>det where currently the diminishing returns on SS and crit are not really affecting us yet (as there isn't much SS on gear this patch and crit's DR is way up there) and det continues to get worse as we get more int on our gear. The reason its crit>=ss is because while crit is "better" its so insignificant that you wouldn't notice a difference between all the RNG while dpsing for us.
