Hit level 50. how do you unlock the HM dungeons

I am new to game and recently hit level 50 on my Scholar, how do you unlock the HM dungeons?

You unlock the HM dungeons by doing side-quests to open them since they're generally not a part of the pain storyline, but before then you need to complete all of the main scenario quests up to The Ultimate Weapon.
