Steps: Unspoiled Node for Crawler Cocoons. Uncovered the item in line 4, got 5 swings afterwards. I used Blessed Harvest II to gain 2 more items per swing, bringing the total items per swing to 5. 5 successful swings should have earned me 25 cocoons, which the log says was the case. I checked my inventory, and found that I only had 23 crawler cocoons. The last swing did not grant me my bonus 2 items, despite what the log said.

Maybe that full stack in botteom left corner on page 3 of your inventory is also Crawler Cocoon and it was at 97 when you started??
